Our Automotive client needed to replace existing air handlers within an existing facility penthouse. Dynamic Engineering Design provided a design to replace the existing units. The new units utilized gas heat in lieu of the existing steam coils. The new units also included cooling coils whereas the existing units had no cooling capabilities. The new cooling coils were fed from closed loop glycol skids.
Dynamic Engineering Design provided all detailed design documents as well as specification of the new air handlers, motors, heat and cooling coils, glycol skids, chilled water piping, demolition, and structural renovation.
