Our client at their Indiana facility, needed to create a demolition plan for an existing building, water tower, fuel oil tank, property lines, roads, adjacent buildings and structures, laydown areas, and other items of special concern.
Dynamic Engineering Design performed field investigations on all utilities of the existing building. A demolition narrative was prepared for each discipline within each area.
A contractor bid package was prepared by Dynamic Engineering Design and sent to the selected contractors.
