Our Food & Beverage client, in Kissimmee, Florida, needed to renovate an existing office space within its production area and expand its existing cafeteria. The existing cafeteria expansion remodeled existing cafeteria space and added a screened-in outside eating area. The new office space was used for production resourcing.
The 1800 sf production resourcing office was built underneath an existing production mezzanine. The scope included new block walls and interior finishes, HVAC, power, lighting, voice and data. The addition of this office was completed within a production area without disturbance to plant production.
The cafeteria remodel included new flooring and replacing existing screen walls with glass windows. The expansion to add the screened-in eating area included new concrete foundations and concrete flatwork, sitework structural steel, and metal roofing.
For both areas Dynamic Engineering Design was responsible for the design drawings and specifications, bid package development, bid review, contractor selection, and submittal review.
