Our Food & Beverage client, in Atlanta, needed to renovate an existing office space to create a first floor team meeting room and a new second floor office space within the existing production area.
Dynamic Engineering Design was responsible for completing the new office and team meeting space. Work included scope definition, capital estimating, Architecture, Structural engineering, Electrical Engineering, and HVAC design.
The existing metal stud wall was temporarily supported while two new concrete block courses were added underneath. Steel floor joists and an elevated slab were then added to create the new 2nd floor space.
Planning was done and precautions were taken to contain the construction dust and debris and not interfere with production equipment or the nearby stored materials.
Dynamic Engineering Design also provided construction management services as an owner’s representative for the whole project from issuing the bid packages through award and onsite direction and submittal review.
