A final report was delivered which included the state forms and checklists along with foundation and tank drawings, catalog cuts for the components, deficiencies identified, along with our recommended corrective actions.
Recommendations included both physical structural improvements to the installation and procedural improvements for logging and documenting the routine inspections.
